These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the OOLA website, mobile application, and services.

By using OOLA, you agree to these terms.

OOLA provides an Arabic literacy program through:

• Web platform
   
• Mobile application
   
• Offline content
   
• Live online tutoring (optional)
   

You may use OOLA for personal learning or as part of a school/institutional license.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
   
• Keeping your login details secure
   
• Ensuring student access is supervised by a parent or school
   

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies.

All lessons, videos, assessments, workbooks, and digital materials provided by OOLA are the intellectual property of AICQ.

You may not:

• Copy
   
• Resell
   
• Distribute
   
• Publish
   
• Modify
  any part of the program without written permission.
   

Schools receive a license to use OOLA, not ownership of the material.

If you use our live one-on-one or group classes:

• Teachers will follow OOLA’s academic guidelines
   
• Sessions may not be recorded without written permission
   
• Misbehavior or unsafe communication may result in removal
   

For parents:
Subscription fees (if applicable) are billed through the App Store or our website.

For schools:
Licensing fees follow the signed contract terms.

No refunds are provided for partially used services unless required by law.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform
   
• Interfere with servers or systems
   
• Attempt unauthorized access
   
• Use the service for harmful or illegal activity
   

Your use of OOLA is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the service, you consent to how we collect and use data.

We aim to keep the service running smoothly, but we may:

• Update features
   
• Perform maintenance
   
• Suspend access temporarily
   

without prior notice when necessary.

AICQ is not liable for:

• Loss of data
   
• Technical issues
   
• Misuse by users
   
• Actions of third-party service providers
